Returns
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

- A photo of the item
- The reason for return
- Your order number
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as above. We will assist you with the process and help you find the perfect replacement.
Return Costs
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
